On May 5, at 4 p.m., the Fondazione becomes QUEERini.

A Museum tour to discover how sexuality in its different dimensions has been expressed in the history of Venice. A guided tour, but that’s not all: a multi-voice dialogue that takes the artworks and sources preserved in the Fondazione and relates them to the social transformations of the present.

What is the role of museums regarding LGBTQIA+ rights discussions? How to investigate gender and sexuality in cultural institutions? Questions that animate international debate and are generating a great deal of experimentation.
